Hot Cooked Rice Butter Cinnamon Scalded Milk Sugar Raisins, Optional
Combine rice, cinnamon and sugar to taste. Add raisins, if desired. Dot with butter. Pour scalded milk over top. Try variations with dried cranberries, chopped apple or banana.
