4 Cups (6-8) Apples 3/4 Cup Bread Flour 1/2 Cup Water 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon 7 Tablespoons Butter 1 Cup Sugar
Pare, core and slice apples. Place apples in a 8x8 inch pan. Mix water and cinnamon; pour over apples. Work sugar, flour, salt and butter together until crumbly. Spread over apples. Bake uncovered.
