Beef Roast Onion Beef Bouillon Zucchini Worcestershire Sauce Yellow Squash Celery Snow Peas Carrot Mushrooms
Slice beef roast into stir-fry sized strips. Combine beef, beef bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and some water in fry pan. Cook beef until brown. Add diced celery and carrot. Cook until almost tender. Add onion, cut into eighths. Then add zucchini and yellow squash followed shortly by snow peas. Finally add mushrooms, cooking until done. Note: add more water as necessary to cook vegetables. Serve over rice.
