1 1/2 Pounds Broccoli | 1 Clove Garlic, Minced |
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil | 3/4 Teaspoon Lemon Zest |
2 Teaspoons Fresh Oregano, Minced | 1/4 Teaspoon Salt |
Trim broccoli florets from stalk and steam. Whisk olive oil, oregano, garlic lemon zest and salt together in a small bowl. Toss broccoli with lemon-oregano dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
