Cocoa Wheats

2 1/4 Cups Chocolate Milk 1/2 Cup Cream Of Wheat
1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder Sugar To Taste
1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Combine chocolate milk, cocoa powder, and salt in saucepan. Bring to a boil; add cream of wheat. Reduce heat and cook until of desired consistancy. Sweeten with sugar to taste. Serve hot.

Recipe - Jean Hansen

"This recipe came about at a Michigan Girl Scout camp.  The cook was going to make Cream of Wheat, and instead of grabbing the regular milk, poured in chocolate milk.  Well, there was nothing to do but serve it, so he added a bit of cocoa, and it went over like mad.  It came to the attention of General Mills, who bought out the recipe from the cook and began to mass produce it.  So a little mistake at a Girl Scout camp resulted in a big pay day for the cook!" - Jean  Hansen
