Corn Fritters

1 17-Oz Can Whole Kernel Corn 2 1/3 Cup Biscuit Mix
1 Egg

Heat 2-3 inches oil to 375 degrees in heavy skillet. Pour liquid from corn. Add egg and biscuit mix. Fold in corn. Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
