Cousin Eileen's Fluffy Chocolate Icing

1 Cup Powdered Sugar, Sifted 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
1/4 Cup Milk Salt
1 Egg Vanilla
2 Squares Baking Chocolate, Melted

Place all ingredients in small bowl. Fill larger bowl with ice cubes and place smaller bowl in center. Beat until frosting "fluffs up" and is thick and creamy.

Recipe - Eileen Lidkey

"This is a legacy recipe that has been passed down through the family.  Unfortunately, I have not had luck getting this frosting to come out the right consistency, but maybe you'll have better luck." - April Ferre

"My cousin Eileen use to make this all the time, and I have always been intrigued by it." - Jean Hansen
