Dijon Mustard Substitute

1 Tablespoon Dry Mustard 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise

1 Teaspoon White Wine Vinegar

2012 Recipe - April Ferre - From the Taste of Home Community Forum

"I'm not a big fan of mustard, so I rarely have anything other than plain yellow mustard or dry mustard hanging around.  But occasionally, a recipe will call for Dijon.  Now this may not equal a fancy artisan Dijon mustard, but it is a fine substitute when it is going to be mixed into another recipe.  But beware!  This is SPICY, so much more so than your typical Dijon mustard out of the jar." - April Ferre
