1/2 Cup Butter 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar 2 Tablespoons Flour 1 Cup Flour 1/4 Teaspoon Salt 1 Cup Brown Sugar 1 1/2 Cup Coconut 2 Eggs, Beaten 1 Cup Nuts, Chopped
Cream 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 cup flour. Pat this mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8x8-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes in slow oven (300 degrees). Mix together remaining ingredients and put the mixture on top of baked base. Bake again at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
