Gingerbread

2 1/2 Cups Bread Flour 1 Teaspoon Ginger
1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Sugar 1 Cup Water, Boiling
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda 2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon 1/2 Cup Shortening, Melted
1/2 Teaspoon Cloves 1 Cup Molasses

Mix dry ingredients. Combine liquids. Put two mixture together. Add shortening last. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
