Grandma Stacker's Kisses

1/2 Cup Lard (Shortening) 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Cup Brown Sugar 1/2 Pound Coconut
1/2 Cup Sour Milk Salt
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda Vanilla
2 Cups Flour, Rounded

Cream shortening and sugar. Add vanilla. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with sour milk. Mix in coconut and place by rounded spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
