Greek Dip

1/2 Cup Cocktail Shrimp 3/4 Cup Feta Cheese
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice, Divided 1/2 Cup Roasted Red Bell Pepper, Drained
1 Teaspoon Greek Seasoning 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
8 Ounces Cream Cheese Pita Chips

In small bowl, combine shrimp, 1 Tablespoon lemon juice and Greek seasoning; set aside.

In a food processor, combine the cheeses, red pepper, garlic and remaining lemon juice. Cover and process until smooth. Stir into shrimp mixture. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with pita chips.
