Greek Salad

6 Tablespoons Olive Oil 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice 1 Cucumber, Peeled and Cubed
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic, Chopped 1/2 Red Onion, Sliced
1 Teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar 1 Green Pepper, Diced
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano 1/2 Cup Kalamata Olives, Halved
Salt and Pepper, To Taste 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese, Crumbled

Combine first five ingredients and whisk together until blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Toss with dressing and serve.
