Fresh Green Beans
Bacon
Butter
Cut bacon into pieces. Fry in a little bit of oil, stirring often so it does not burn. When crisp, add cleaned and cut green beans. Stir to coat green beans in drippings. Add just enough water to cover; stir to loosen browns. Cook until of desired doneness; best if not over cooked. Drain. Add a little butter and serve.
