2 Cups Bran Cereal 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder 1 1/4 Cup Milk 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour 1/4 Cup Margarine, Melted 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed 1 Egg, Beaten
Combine bran and milk; let stand for 5 minutes. Combine next 4 ingredients, set aside. Mix margarine and egg into bran mixture. Stir in flour mixture until just blended. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes or until done. Makes 12 muffins.
