1/2 Cup Flour 1/4 Cup Butter, Melted
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper 1/4 Cup Honey
9 Chicken Thighs, 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
-Or 3 Chicken Breasts 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

Pound chicken to 1/2-inch thickness. Mix flour and pepper together. Dredge chicken through flour mixture. Place chicken in baking dish. Mix together butter, honey, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Glaze will thicken as it cooks. Serves 3 to 4.

To prepare ahead and freeze: Combine sauce ingredients in freezer bag. Remove as much air as possible and seal bag. Seal chicken in indvidual freezer bags. Lay flat in baking dish, stacking bags on top of each other. Once completely frozen, items can be removed from pan and stacked in the freezer.
