Kielbasa Stew

2 Potatoes, Diced 4 Large Carrots, Sliced
1/4 Cup Water 1 Can Cream Of Celery Soup
1/2 Pound Kielbasa 3/4 Teaspoon Caraway Seeds
1/4 Head Red Or Green Cabbage, Sliced

In 3 quart microwave safe casserole with lid, combine potatoes with water. Microwave on high, covered, 3 minutes until just tender. Slice kielbasa into 1/2-Inch pieces. Add kielbasa, cabbage, carrots, soup, and caraway seeds. Microwave on high, covered, about 8 to 10 minutes, stirring once until vegetables are tender. Let stand, covered 3 minutes, before serving. Makes 4 servings.
