Lemon Glaze

1/3 Cup Lemon Juice 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Sugar 1/4 Cup Water

Combine lemon juice and sugar in medium saucepan. Cook over low heat until sugar is disolved. Mix cornstarch with water, stir into saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens.
