3 Pounds Spareribs, Cut Into 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce -Serving Pieces 3 Tablespoons Vinegar 1/4 Cup Prepared Mustard 2 Tablespoons Worchestershire Sauce 1/4 Cup Molasses 2 Teaspoons Tabasco Sauce
Place ribs in shallow baking pan. Combine ingredients and pour over ribs. Chill for 3 or more hours. Spoon sauce over ribs. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) about 1 1/2 hours or until tender and well done, basting occasionally. Turn once during baking. Garnish with lemon wedges. Makes 3-4 servings.
