Orange Creamsicle Slushy

1 6 Ounce Can (3/4 Cup) 1/3 Cup Sugar
-Orange Juice Concentrate 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Water 8 To 10 Ice Cubes
1 Cup Milk

Process all ingredients in blender until thick and slushy. Makes 4 cups.
