2 Cups Tomato Puree 1/2 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice 1/2 Cup Peach Preserves 1/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup Dijon Mustard 2 Tablespoons Tabasco 1/2 Cup Southern Comfort 1 Teaspoon Salt
Combine all ingredients in heavy saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat, cover partially and simmer 20 minutes. Sauce can be prepared 1 week ahead. Cover tightly and refrigerate. Makes about 4 cups.
