2012 Modified Recipe - April Ferre - From the Dr. Oz Show.
"I started practicing karate in 2011 and found it difficult to stay properly hydrated. I tried coconut water, but it tasted awful. I was channel surfing and came across this recipe from the Dr. Oz show during a segment on hydration. It is slightly sweet and full of nutrients that a great for an athlete." - April Ferre
