1/2 Cup Margarine 1/2 Cup Margarine 1/ Cup Sugar 1/3 Cup Dark Corn Syrup 2 Egg Yolks 1 Cup Confectioner's Sugar 1 Teaspoon Almond Extract 1 Cup Pecans, Chopped 2 Cups Flour Pecan Halves
Mix 1/2 cup margarine and sugar. Stir in egg yolks, almond extract and flour. Press evenly into tiny tart tins or muffin cups. Bake in 400 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Bring to boil 1/2 cup margarine, corn syrup and confectioner's sugar. Stir in chopped pecans; spoon into baked shells. Top with pecan halves. Bake in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
