Red Cabbage

2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil Or Bacon Drippings 1/4 Cup Water
4 Cups Shredded Red Cabbage 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Unpared Apple, Diced Pepper, To Taste
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar 1/2 Teaspoon Caraway
1/4 Cup Vinegar

In large pan, heat oil, add all ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat 25-30 minutes.
