Salmon Marinade

1/2 Cup Butter, Melted 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

Combine all ingredients; marinate salmon about an hour and then barbecue.

"Uncle Scott and Aunt Debbie came down to Santa Cruz from Alaska in May of 2011 for Mother's Day.  We were talking about recipes, and I asked if they had any good recipes involving salmon, since they eat it quite often in Alaska.  Aunt Debbie finds this a bit sweet for her tastes, and prefers a spice rub, but Uncle Scott loves this simple marinade." - April Ferre
