4 Cups Flour 1 Package Dry Yeast 2 Cups Warm Water 2 Cups Milk
Mix together 2 cups flour, water and yeast. Let set overnight in a warm place.
To use the starter. Add milk and 2 cups flour. Beat well and let sit overnight.
Keep 1/2 cup starter for future use in a pint jar in the refrigerator. Wash jar thoroughly after each use.
