1 Pound Ground Beef 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Small Onion 1/2 Teaspoon Allspice 1/4 Cup Water, Cold 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg 1 1/2 Teaspoons Leaf Marjoram, Crumbled 1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
