2 Gallons Tomato Juice 1 Teaspoon Prepared Horseradish
2 1/2 Cups Water 1/2 Tablespoon Worchestershire Sauce
4 Cloves Garlic 4 Ounces Canned Spinach, Well Blended
6 Drops Tabasco 3 Carrots, Chopped
2 Tablespoons Sugar 3 Beets, Chopped
2 Tablespoons Salt 6 Medium Onions, Chopped
2 Tablespoons Season-All Seasoning 1/2 Stalk Celery, Chopped
3/4 Teaspoon Pepper

Combine all ingredients. Boil 20 minutes. Blend. Pour into quart jars, and process in a water bath for 30 minutes.
