15 Pounds Diced Ripe Tomatoes 2 Tablespoons Salt 2 Cups Celery, Chopped 3/4 Teaspoon Pepper 3 Large Onions, Chopped 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced Worchestershire Sauce To Taste 1/4 Cup Sugar
Combine all ingredients. Boil 20 minutes. Blend. Put into quart jars and process in water bath for 30 minutes.
