Yorkshire Pudding

1 Cup Flour 1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Milk 2 Eggs, Well Beaten
1/2 Cup Water Meat Drippings Or Fat

Sift flour and salt. Mix milk, water, and eggs; beat well. Add egg mixture to dry mixture and beat until smooth. Let stand for 30 minutes. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Melt drippings or fat in muffin tins. Pour in batter and bake 20-30 minutes. Serve with thick gravy or sprinkled with powdered sugar.
