1 1/2 Teaspoons Paprika | 1 1/2 Pound Mahi Mahi Fillets |
1 1/2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar | Olive Oil |
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder | 1 Package Taco-sized Corn Tortillas |
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder | 1 Recipe Cilantro Lime Sauce |
1/2 Teaspoon Salt | 1 Recipe Citrus Salsa |
3/4 Teaspoon Cumin | 1/2 Head Cabbage, Thinly Shredded |
1/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder | 2 Avocados, Thinly Sliced |
Prepare Cilanto Lime Sauce and Citrus Salsa.
Combine spices in a small bowl. Sprinkle seasoning evenly over both sides of fish fillets. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook fish 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until done.
Warm corn tortillas and assemble with fish, Cilantro Lime Sauce, Citrus Salsa, shredded cabbage and top with avocado
