Marsala Beef Over Rice

2 1/2 Cups Marsala Wine (Columbo Sweet) 1 Teaspooon Grated Orange Rind
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce Sugar Or Splenda
1 Teaspoon Ginger Cornstarch And Water Mixture
1 Large Onion, Sliced

Slice leftover roast. Saute onion and place sliced roast in pan and heat. Mix sauce ingredients. Pour into pan. Heat until meat is warm, then add cornstarch mixture to thicken sauce. Serve over rice.
