Spare Ribs With
Very Special Barbecue Sauce

1/4 Cup Onion, Chopped 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Water 1 Cup Chili Sauce
2 Tablespoons Vinegar 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Worchestershire Sauce 1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
Juice From 1 Lemon Spare Ribs

Brown onions. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.

When baking spare ribs, first cover with foil and bake in hot oven (500 degrees) for 15 minutes. Then reduce to 350 degrees, add sauce and bake an hour longer.
