1 1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries Salt 1 Cup Sugar 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice 2 Egg Whites 1 Cup Cream, Whipped
Beat egg whites. Add sugar, salt and lemon juice. Beat until stiff. Add strawberries and beat for 15 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Put filling into baked pie shell. Place in freezer for 2 hours, then place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
