Transpacific Flank Steak


3/4 Cup Oil 1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce 1 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
3 Tablespoons Honey 1 Green Onion, Chopped
2 Tablespoons Red-Wine Vinegar 1 (1 1/2 To 2 Pound) Flank Steak

Marinate for at least 5 hours, best if marinated overnight.
